Installation Instructions

System Setup

1. Before using the iSoftpull Connector you must complete the setup and configuration per Intelligence Indicator Setup Instructions | Credit Score API | iSoftpull.
2. In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, click the “Tell Me” Button and enter “Service Connections”. Click the “iSoftpull Credit Reporting” link.

Enter the API Key ID and API Secret from setup 5 into the provided boxes.

3. Optionally, if testing with the iSoftpull approved dataset, click the Actions dropdown and select “Create Sample Data” to install test contacts. All test contacts will have contact numbers starting with “ISP”.
4. Click “Service Enabled” and then Close to complete the setup.

Permissions Setup

The iSoftpull Connector implements three user permissions groups.

      • iSoftpull Administrator: Has access to the Service Connection configuration page.
      • iSoftpull Report User: Has the ability to execute iSoftpull report requests.
      • TMG License Manager: Has the ability to review licenses applied to this tenant for all TMG products.

The iSoftpull administration uses should be granted iSoftpull Administrator and TMG License Manager. Any user authorized to run credit reports should be granted iSoftpull Report User permissions.

iSoftpull Report by Customer

1. In the iSoftpull Credit Report section ensure that a Credit Report Contact has been selected.
2. If the iSoftpull system is in onboarding/sandbox mode, please complete the optional step 7 in the setup and select a contact with a number starting with ISP.

3. Open the Customer menu.
4. Select iSoftpull Credit Report

5. If prompted to approve a call to an external service, select Allow Always and click Ok.

iSoftpull Report by Contact

1. Under the New menu, select iSoftpull Credit Report

2. If prompted to approve a call to an external service, select Allow Always and click Ok.
